Refund Policy

Summary: Try free for 14 days. Cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. After the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Both Base ($29/month) and Pro ($79/month) plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial:

You have full access to all features of your chosen plan
You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period
You may cancel at any time before day 15 and pay nothing
No reason required for cancellation

2. After the Trial

On day 15, your subscription begins and you are billed at the plan rate:

Base: $29/month or $249/year
Pro: $79/month or $699/year

After the trial period ends, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of that billing period.

3. How to Cancel

Cancel your subscription at any time:

From your account settings (once accounts are implemented)
By emailing moneymarkets@makemoneymarkets.com

Cancellation is effective immediately for billing purposes. You retain access to paid content until the end of your current billing period.

4. Free Content

Modules 1–2 (The Foundation and The Instrument, 9 lessons) are free forever and are not affected by subscription cancellation. The Live Dashboard in view-only mode remains accessible without a subscription.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Technical issues that prevented access to the platform for an extended period
Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
